Do you sell your products in food stores?

Not yet. We are focused on our online store in our first year.
Ordering from our website helps us ship fresher product, since it is not sitting on retail shelves. We also offer free shipping to eliminate extra fees, plus bundle-and-save options if you want the best value.

Where are you located?

We are based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We do not have a walk-in store at the moment, but we proudly serve customers through our online shop with convenient shipping and delivery.

I wish the mixes had cranberries or other ingredients

Why do the ingredients say organic, but there is no certification on the front label?

Not all of our products use organic ingredients. In some cases, choosing non-organic options gives us more flexibility to select the best harvests for quality and taste.

Only our Blue Collection currently uses organic ingredients sourced from certified suppliers. When an ingredient is organic, we may identify it as organic in the ingredient list. This does not mean the full product is certified organic, and we do not present it that way. You may not see an organic certification on the front label because our packaging facility is not yet certified organic. We plan to pursue facility certification as we scale. In the meantime, we maintain rigorous food-handling and quality controls. We’re focused on getting products to customers quickly and improving based on feedback as we expand our lineup.

Are your products gluten-free?

Most products are simple nut mixes. Seasoned varieties we offer now or in the future may contain gluten. Please check the ingredient list on each product.

Where are the nuts sourced from, produced and packaged?

Our ingredients are sourced from around the world, depending on the nut type and harvest. Our products are roasted and packaged in Canada. Many of our products are roasted through our family’s Canadian roastery operations, built on over 50 years of craft. As we grow, we also work with trusted Canadian roasters who follow our family’s roasting approach, our specifications, and our quality standards. Artisan & Nephews is the company responsible for the product (as shown on the label).
